YorkshireImperial Yeomanry Medal 1901-1902, type 2 reverse, awarded to 32423 Pte. J.Robinson EF and lustrous with two gentle edge bruises, Pte. Robinson joined the regiment 7/5/1901and was invalided home on 24/3/1902.He was discharged medically unfit on 15/5/1902, and it also entitled to a 5 clasp Queen's South Africa medal. The type 2 Yorkshire Imperial Yeomanry medal was awarded by members of the 109th Yorkshire Hussars Company and the 111th Yorkshire Dragoons Company. It is estimated that 700 medals of this type were produced.
