When sold in Auction A123, it was noted that 'only two n submitted for grading have been returned as grade 90. This is still the case 13 years later. The coin is UIN 163 and after another 44,000 coins have been graded in the intervening period and this is still the of 17 examples now recorded by the LCGS Population Report
