Note: Lady Arabella Stuart was an English noblewoman of Scottish descent, a great-great-granddaughter of Henry VII of England and considered as an heir to the English throne of Elizabeth I, before her cousin KingJames VI of Scotland was given preference by Elizabeth's ministers. Her very existence was thought by King James to be a danger, and any marriage was an additional threat to his safety. Her marriage to William Seymour who himself had a claim to the throne led to her arrest and imprisonment in the Tower of London, where she starved to death at the age of 40.
Ghuznee Medal, 1839, unnamed as issued, EF with some hairlines. This medal was only the second medal awarded for a particular campaign (after Waterloo) and was granted to both British and Indian troops who took part in the assault on Ghuznee in 1839 which brought the First Afghan War to a close. It was issued unnamed by the Honourable East India Company.

Jubilee Medal (Mayors and Provosts) 1897 Height 48mm, width 40mm struck in silver Medal Yearbook No.296, a diamond-shaped medal with ring suspension reminiscent of the Klippe coinage of central Europe. Both sides have circular centres with trefoil ornaments occupying the angles. Obverse the W.Wyon portrait of the Young Queen Victoria, Reverse the T.Brock portrait of Queen Victoria. The Gold version of this medal was presented to Lord Mayors and Lord Provosts, the Silver examples were granted to Mayors and Provosts, Good EF in the original dated red box, accompanied by a newspaper cutting detailing the award of the medal
