Farthing 1825 GEF as part of a group of GB and some World an accumulation in album pages and tins with some Whitman folders (some complete) a wide range mostly in base metal 19th and 20th Century in mixed grades (total weight around 6 Kilos)
Farthings (10) 1731, 1735 3 doubled, 1736 High 6 in date, 1737 Small Date, 1739 Weak stop on obverse, 1754, 1821, 1822, 1825, plus Token Farthing 1793 Isaac Newton, Fine to Good Fine, the George IV issues VF to GEF, an interesting study group, many of these types now recorded on the CGS Population Report
Farthings (6) 1822 VG, 1825 NEF, 1839 2-pronged trident, EF with spots, 1842 GF/NVF with some pitting on the obverse, 1848 NF, 1857 EF with pale lustre
Farthing 1825 First Head D over U in DEI, a known variety surprisingly unlisted by Peck, however this example shows clearly that the U is struck over a D, UNC and lustrous with a few small spots
