Comes with copies of enlistment papers and Statement of the Services papers, Accompanying typed paperwork shows entries on the Main Roll for each of the clasps. Additional information shows an entitlement to King's South Africa Medal with 1901 and 1902 clasps.

Queen's South Africa/World War I group of three, comprising Queen's South Africa, 2nd reverse, with traces of the date remaining, with 3 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State and Belfast, GVF hairlined in the fields, awarded to 73814 Gnr. I. Clayton 20th Battalion R.F.A, and World War I pair, 1914-1918 War Medal and Victory Medal (to 96368 Gnr. I. Clayton R.A.) GVF to NEF. Accompanying photocopied papers show that he joined Lincolnshire Regiment on April 4th 1899, also comes with Military History Sheet, Statement of the Services, Court Marshal Sheet, and Discharge Papers showing he served 16 Years 364 days combined service.
