All in red on multi-coloured underprint featuring Windsurfer at left, Queen Elizabeth II at centre right on obverse and a picturesque scene of a coastline with rocks and Coconut Palm trees on reverse. All printed by Thomas de la Rue and Company Limited imprinted in small script at lower centre on reverse and watermarked with a bust of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. All bearing the signature of Sir Cecil Jacobs, the first Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
