Penny 1865 5 over 3 Freeman 51 dies 6+G/Satin 56E (Listed as extremely Rare by Satin) The 5 is struck over a 3 which is tilted anticlockwise, thus the underlying 3 is more visible at the top left and the curve of the 5. A good example of this variety showing the underlying figure very clearly as stated by Satin. UNC and with traces of lustre slabbed and graded CGS 80, the finest known of 3 examples thus far graded on the CGS Population Report
