English Coins 1893 Freeman 368 dies 17+S Lustrous UNC with Prooflike fields, in an LCGS holder and graded LCGS 90. Ex-London Coins Auction A123 December 2008 Lot 1442 hammer price £340. When sold in Auction A123, it was noted that 'only two n submitted for grading have been returned as grade 90. This is still the case 13 years later. The coin is UIN 163 and after another 44,000 coins have been graded in the intervening period and this is still the of 17 examples now recorded by the LCGS Population Report

One of the first coins encapsulated by CGS (UIN 0000035). LCGS has now recorded over 42000 coins on its Population report and only one other coin of this date has been recorded. We note only 4 currency of all dates have attained the 85 grade, with none recorded higher, therefore a choice coin for the type collector
