'Upright' style 2 with the top loop an upright oval rather than the usual lengthways oval , 4 with upper serif only, CGS variety 05, VF with some contact marks, slabbed and graded CGS 40, along with 1842 Open 2, Crosslet 4 CGS Variety 03, VF slabbed and graded CGS 45, both coins are the only exampled thus far recorded of their respective types on the CGS Population Report
