Penny 1858 with the second 8 over struck, though the underlying figure is unclear. Evidence of the underlying figure is in the right centre indent so this would suggest the figure being a 3 or a 9 both of which have been previously suggested for this type, Gouby CP1858G, NEF with some hairlines and thin scratches
Halfpenny 1723 struck on a thin flan of 6.73 grammes (103.86 grains) as Peck 803 (average weight for the standard coins of this series is 150 grains, range 144 to 160 grains) VG to Near Fine with surface corrosion, we note Peck 804 described as 'very thin flan' weighs 72.1 grains, so this coin some what between the two types
Penny 1877 Freeman 90 dies 8+H narrow date (Rarity 18) one of the rarest and most sought after currency types in the entire Bun Penny series and seldom encountered in any grade, VG, the surfaces with some porosity, all major details clear, the variety beyond dispute. We note the Laurie Bamford specimen sold in June 2006 described as being in 'Fair' condition realised £3565, and another sold in London Coins Auction A129 in June 2010 slabbed and graded CGS 20 realised £7020
