Guinea-Bissau Banco Nacional 100 PesosPick 11 dated 1st March 1990 (299) in 3 bundles all with prefix BA in the serial number. The first bundle consists of 99 near consecutive notes serial numbers in the range 523801 - 523900. The second bundle and third bundle are consist of 100 consecutively numbered notes. The notes in olive-grey on multi-coloured underprint featuring a female carving at left, Bank's Coat of Arms at lower right and Domingos Ramos at right, a military leader during Guinea-Bissau War of Independence 1963 - 1974. The reverse displaying the National Bank building, Bissau. All crisp UNC, utmost top notes showing very minor signs of wear mentioned for accuracy
Third Guinea 1804 S.3740 Near Fine/Fine ex-mount, the edge with the milling skilfully repaired, the obverse field with two indentations, the fields otherwise superior to most ex-jewellery coins we encounter
Third Guinea 1813 S.3740 in an NGC holder and graded MS64* PL, the bust and reverse design frosted, a superb example with choice eye appeal, coins with the star designation very close to the next higher grade, our archive database stretching back to 2003 shows that we have only previously offered one example, this a PCGS example offered in 2019. The NGC census shows only 15 examples graded in all grades

The three rarest varieties combined account for less than 23% of the total mintage for the year. An eye-catching and lustrous example, in an NGC holder and graded MS62, always desirable in this high grade, and one of the finest we have offered since 2003.
