Ireland (Republic) Central Bank 5 Pounds Lady Lavery War Codes discontinued issue Pick 58b1 (BY E093, PMI LTN28a) dated 22nd November 1947 signatures Brennan & McElligot serial number 03W 027316, this earlier date Scarcer than other examples and in GVF example with minor rust on reverse, mostly marginal. An always impressive and collectible large sized issue in brown on yellow and light reddish underprint featuring a portrait of Lady Hazel Lavery at left on obverse and the River God Lagan mask on reverse. Also includes Contemporary USA Advertising $1.000.000, Disney 1 Dollar Mickey Mouse series 1990 number D00119226A and a limited-edition copies of the famous £1.000.000 note featured in the 1954 movie "The Million Pound Note" - serial numbers 0201/2500 and 0529/2500.
