Quarter (1/4) 1931 (undated, 1941) Lionel Swan and Ibrahim Kamal signatures, serial number E/1 689322, Pick 13, Printed by Nasik Srity Printing Press, , in a holder and graded PMG 53 About Uncirculated, a very rare note and among the finest known, our research has not uncovered any finer examples offered for auction. Note: Initially the Iraqi Government had ordered notes from , Wilkinson and Co. but as a result of World War II, these notes were printed by Nasik Security Printing Press instead. After the war the printing was resumed by Bradbury, Wilkinson and Co.
