Norwich Crown Bank & Norfolk & Suffolk Bank, Norwich 5 Pounds dated 12th September 1868 No. A139 For Harvey & Hudson's, manuscript signatures Hudson's and Entered by Samuel Hills (Outing 1606k; Grant 2145c), Fine-VF multiple pinholes in body, a possible spindle hole to upper left and the usual inked signatures/annotations on both obverse and reverse. Black with imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Petch, London and features 2 heraldic shields at upper centre on obverse. The reverse with 4 heraldic shields - one in each quadrant, and crowned emblem at centre with banks name and various town names Watton, Thetford, Diss, Harleston, Bungay and others. Also 2 hand-stamps on reverse, one of which reads Ransom & Co.
