GEF - About UNC, Minor Foxing Horizontal lines perhaps from storage. Britannia medallion at upper left red SPECIMEN overprint in solid capitals twice diagonally at centre left and across signature at lower right. These notes were produced for the benefit of foreign central banks. They should have been returned and destroyed when no longer needed for reference, but that was not always the case.
