A superb example of this stunning error edge Crown, rated R5 by ESC (5-10 examples believed to exist) and thus rarer than the 1935 Gold Proof Crown of which 25 were issued, which when offered fetches in the region of £60,000 to £80,000. This coin missing from many advanced Crown collections, and would make a welcome addition to any high quality Collection of Silver Crowns
Sixpence 1821 BBITANNIAR error, Bull 2424ESC 1656 UNC with very minor cabinet friction to the highest points only, attractively toned with some edge nicks. A very high grade example of this key rarity, usually only encountered in low grades, must surely be one of the finest remaining examples. At the time of writing, NGC and PCGS combined had only graded 4 examples, the finest being MS63, the others in AU55, AU50 and Fine
