World Banknotes Currency Board Specimen Set 1974 Pick CS1 comprising 7 notes as follows: $100 A/1 000000 signature , Reverse: Seacoast view of George Town, $50 A/1 000000 signature , Reverse: Government House, $40 A/1 000000 signature Johnson, Reverse: Pirate's Week Festival, $25 A/1 000000 signature Johnson, Reverse: Compass and map of the Islands, $10 A/1 000000 signature Johnson, Reverse: A beach scene, $5 A/1 000000 signature Johnson, Reverse: Sailboat, and $1 A/3 000000 signature Johnson, Reverse: Fish and coral. (Specimen issues of Pick 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5). All dated 1974, the obverse with portrait of Queen I facing, turned to the left, and with watermark Tortoise. The $100, $40 and $10 have in black, the $50, $25, $5 and $1 have SPECIMEN in red, All crisp UNC and contained in the Cayman Islands Currency Board plastic sleeve with gold lettering as issued, a very rare set with only 300 issued, very seldom offered as a complete set, our research has shown that far fewer Specimen sets of 1974 show up than the later sets of 1991 and 1996 which have the same mintage

Along with the example Pick 51a (McD 303a; Rks. 217a) 1995 signatures Evans & Fraser with the correct wide bonds orientation to lower left variety serial number GA 95 944914, first 2 digits of prefix give last 2 from the year of issue. And together with the Pick 46e (McD 191; Rks. 409a) 1985 signatures Johnston & Fraser serial number ECY 953551 variety with the OCR font in the serial number
