World Banknotes Government 5 s portrait issue Pick 37a dated 1st November 1940 and a very early date for this denomination considering its issue started in 1939 serial number C/43 56881, GEF - about UNC and Scarce in this high grade. The note in orange featuring a facing portrait of George VI on obverse and the reverse in multicolour featuring Jamaica's Coat of Arms at upper centre, numerical value in guilloche panels at left and right and denomination wording in 2 lines on panels at left and right bottom.
