The note in orange featuring a facing portrait of King George VI on obverse and the reverse in multicolour featuring Jamaica's Coat of Arms at upper centre, numerical value in guilloche panels at left and right and denomination wording in 2 lines on panels at left and right bottom. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited, London, watermarked with a Pineapple plant and a very eye-pleasing note.	£100
01/09/2019 Auction 166	World Banknotes	Lot 315	Jamaica Government 5 Shillings Pick 37b dated 7th April 1955 serial number 71D40527 and the note in orange featuring Portrait of King George VI at left and the reverse multi-coloured featuring Jamaica's Coat of Arms at upper centre. About UNC - UNC. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited London imprinted in small script at lower centre margin on obverse, watermarked Pineapple plant and a scarce King George VI post-mortem issue.	£100
