n - Obverse: Blue and black on tan underprint, with additional rectangular frame added for the date on the lower left centre frame, Series PS, Pick S266a Jhun&Rez 7.10.4 FE1331 (1920) unissued. Serial number PS69695, printed by Waterlow and Sons, London, in a holder and graded Choice Fine 15 Sea Salvage. Note: On May 20 1922 the ocean liner , carrying gold and silver collided with the cargo vessel Seine off the coast. Ten years later the Italian salvage vessel Artiligo recovered most of the precious metal along with these notes which were never officially issued. Pick states most of these notes are with stamping, this note is not stamped
