The note in black on green and yellow underprint featuring Australia's Coat of Arms at upper centre and a cameo portrait of young H.M. Queen loo left on obverse. The reverse illustrating 2 s (Charles Sturt 1795 - 1869 & Hamilton Hume 1797 - 1873). Watermarked with a portrait of FRS with watermark area on reverse with text "James Cook / Endeavour" and denomination in wording at lower centre.
