Gray and pink on multicolour underprint featuring Map at upper left, Malta Coat of Arms at upper right and Statue of "Justice" at lower centre on obverse. The reverse displaying an Aerial view of Malta drydocks, La Valletta at left centre. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company and watermarked with Allegorical bust of Malta facing right.
