Penny 1880 8 over 8 Gouby BP1880Af an attempt has been made to repair the second 8. The preliminary test strike was inaccurate with the bottom of an 8 showing to the left of an original 8. A small part of that test strike also shows in the bottom centre of the original 8, NVF, comes with old collector's ticket showing F99 preceding the discovery of the variety
