Accompanying paperwork reads thus: 'GOVERNMENT OF CYPRUS THE CYPRUS CROWN PIECE. It is notified for general information that specimens of the Jubilee 45-piastre piece, specially struck and finished by hand as medals and encased in a cardboard box, will be available for sale to the public at all Post Offices on and after Monday 26th March 1928, at a charge of 7/4½ cp. each'.
