The note with a torn area on the queen's face due to a possible paper jam during the obverse overprint process causing parts of the design of H.M. the queen's face to be missing and mis-printed. Signs of paper jam can also be observed by a small tear at upper margin near security thread, black roller marks at the torn area on reverse and generally the overall folding of the note.
