Both very attractive Thomas printed notes illustrating a portrait of Capt. and the New Zealand's Coat of Arms, the reverses with a Kiwi bird and the Waitangi Treaty signing on the 10 Shillings and an illustration of Sailing ship on the 1 Pound. Both watermarked with a native Maori Chieftain's bust.
